Ability Material Omicron

Details

Ability material omicron is a resource used in the game to upgrade the abilities of characters. This upgrade enhances the character's abilities to have additional effects that only apply in certain content within the game such as Territory Wars, Territory Battles, or Grand Arena.

Usage

Can be used to upgrade specific abilities of characters to Level 8 or 9.

How to obtain

• Assault Battles
  • Peridea Patrol - Tier VI may reward 5 drops
• Cantina Battles: 8-C, Cantina Battles: 8-F, Cantina Battles: 8-G
• Conquest - Hard mode:
  • Free Track milestone reward for a total of 2 drops:
    • 1 at 468 Conquest Keycards
    • 1 at 603 Conquest Keycards
  • Premium Track milestone reward exclusive to Conquest Pass / Conquest Pass+:
    • 2 in the Conquest Milestone Prize Box at 1 Conquest Keycard
• Endor Escalation - 1-3 rewarded on Mythic Tier
• Episode Shipment
  • 1 for 1,600 Episode Currency
  • 2 for 3,200 Episode Currency (2 slots)
• Episode Track:
  • Free Track milestone reward for a total of 4 drops:
    • 1 at milestone 13
    • 1 at milestone 23
    • 1 at milestone 33
    • 1 at milestone 43
  • Premium Track milestone reward exclusive to Episode Pass for a total of 8 drops:
    • 1 at milestone 7
    • 1 at milestone 24
    • 1 at milestone 32

Notes

• The cost to apply Omicrons that only work in 3v3 or 5v5 Grand Arena Championships were reduced from 20 ability materials to 10 in an update released on April 16, 2025 (https://forums.ea.com/blog/swgoh-game-info-hub-en/update-4-16/12109250). Players who already upgraded these abilities received 10 Omicron materials refunded to their inbox for each ability. The following ability recipes were updated:
