Proving Grounds

Overview

Proving Grounds is a 24 hour event that runs monthly immediately after Conquest. To unlock the event, it requires at least 4 million Galactic Power and tiers require Relic 3+ characters. Each tier includes unique modifiers and rewards 20 shards/blueprints for characters/ships that were previously rewarded in Conquest. Victory counts are 1 per tier with maximum 3 rewards per tier after refreshes.


Conquest Pass+

Players who purchased Conquest Pass+ will gain access to an additional Proving Grounds event that runs 24 hours prior to the normal Proving Grounds event. The requirements to participate in the event are the same with the added requirement that players own Conquest Pass+, which expires at the end of each Conquest.

Whenever a character inflicts a debuff, they gain a stack of Imperial Rule, which can't be copied, dispelled, or prevented

Imperial Rule: +2% Offense and Potency per stack

Enemy Modifier
(Endless Ranks)
At the start of battle, Imperial Troopers gain 1 stack of Endless Ranks for each Imperial Trooper ally (max 3 stacks)

Endless Ranks: When defeated, remove 1 stack of Endless Ranks from all Imperial Trooper allies and revive with 30% Health and Protection, which can't be prevented

Commander Ahsoka Tano Global Modifier
(Perilous Escape)
At the start of the encounter, all characters have -100 Speed; whenever a character lands a critical hit, gain 20 Speed (max 200); whenever a character attacks out of turn, apply Vulnerable for 1 turn; at the end of round, if a character doesn't have Protection, gain Stealth for 2 turns (once per character); whenever a character loses Stealth, they gain Expose for 1 turn

Whenever a Mandalorian ally takes damage, all Mandalorian allies gain a stack of Clan Loyalty, which can't be copied, dispelled, or prevented; if there is exactly one non-Mandalorian ally at start of battle, that ally also gains Clan Loyalty if they are not in the Leader slot; allies with Clan Loyalty have a 50% chance to assist when another ally attacks during an enemy's turn (limit once per turn), dealing 95% less damage

Clan Loyalty: +1% Max Protection and counter chance, -1% damage penalty when assisting for 1 turn

Maul Global Modifier
(Drain Essence)
Characters in the Leader slot gain Drain Essence ability at the start of the encounter.

Drain Essence: All other allies lose 25% Max Health and Max Protection. Gain 5% Offense per ally affected this way (stacking). Then, gain a bonus turn

Enemy Modifier
(A Few Surprises Left)
Rebel allies gain 50% Health Steal and can't be counterfeited. Whenever a Rebel's Health drops below 40$, they are inflicted with Cornered, which can't be copied, dispelled, or prevented. When a Rebel ally's Health is above 70%, Cornered is dispelled and they gain 10% Offense (stacking, max 50%) for the rest of the encounter.

Cornered: +30% Offense, calls a random Rebel ally to assist when using an ability, and can't attack out of turn

Boba Fett, Scion of Jango Global Modifier
(Dune Sandstorm)
At the end of every other turn, all units are inflicted with Damage Over Time until defeated, which can't be resisted.
Enemy Modifier
(Thrill of the Hunt)
All Bounty Hunter allies gain 9 stacks of True Defense at the start of battle, which cannot be copied, dispelled or prevented. Whenever a Bounty Hunter gains their payout, they also gain Frenzy for 1 turn, 100% increased damage, and their cooldowns are reset.

True Defense: 10% reduced damage taken per stack; lose one stack of True Defense when receiving damage

TIE Interceptor Global Modifier
(Dune Sandstorm)
At the end of every other turn, all units are inflicted with Damage Over Time until defeated, which can't be resisted.
Enemy Modifier
(Dark Pursuit)
If the allied leader is Inquisitorius, whenever they use an ability during their turn they inflict a stack of Purge (max 6) on the target enemy. Whenever Purge expires from an enemy, they gain a stack of Fatigue (max 20) which can't be copied, dispelled, or resisted. Whenever an ally defeats an enemy, all enemies are inflicted with 5 stacks of Fatigue. At 20 stacks of Fatigue, Inquisitorius allies gain Coup De Grâce, which can't be copied, dispelled, or prevented.

Fatigue: -2 Speed and -2% Tenacity

Coup De Grâce: On the next Special attack, deal true damage equal to 100% of the target's Max Health and dispel Coup De Grâce from all Inquisitorius allies and dispel Fatigue from all enemies

Darth Malgus Global Modifier
(Safe Haven)
While no characters are Deathmarked, when a character deals damage to an enemy, they are inflicted with Deathmarked until the end of battle, which can't be copied, dispelled, or resisted.
Enemy Modifier
(Grim Machinations)
Whenever a Sith ally is defeated, all Sith allies gain 50% Max Health and Offense (stacking) until the end of battle, gain 50% Turn Meter, and recover 50% Health. Whenever a Sith ally defeats an enemy they gain Dark Ascension (stacking), which can't be copied, dispelled, or resisted.

Dark Ascension: Damage received decreased by 15% and damage dealt increased by 30%

Ben Solo Global Modifier
(Unstable Energies)
At the start of the battle, all characters (excluding summoned allies) gain 10 stacks of Unstable Energy for the rest of the encounter. When a character reaches 0 or 30 stacks of Unstable Energy, deal 85% Max Health and 100% Max Protection damage to that character, which can't be evaded, and that character gains 10 stacks of Unstable Energy. This damage can't defeat characters.

Unstable Energy: Gain 1 stack whenever this character gains a buff; lose 3 stacks at the end of turn

(Fearless Fortitude)
Whenever an enemy resists a detrimental effect from a Resistance ally, that ally gains Heal Over Time for 1 turn. Whenever a Resistance ally gains a buff, they also gain 5% Potency, Critical Chance, and Critical Damage (stacking) until end of battle, and 10% Turn Meter.
Scythe Global Modifier
(Rebellious)
Whenever an ally uses a special ability during their turn, call a random other ally to assist. Whenever a character attacks out of turn, they gain a stack of Rebellious, which can't be copied, dispelled, or prevented. At 20 stacks of Rebellious, they gain an additional 30% Offense.

Rebellious: +2% Critical Chance and Critical Damage (stacking, max 20)

(Dark Pursuit)
If the allied leader is Inquisitorius, whenever they use an ability during their turn they inflict a stack of Purge (max 6) on the target enemy. Admiral Trench Global Modifier
(Decadence)
At the start of the battle, all characters have their Accuracy reduced by 15%.

Gain a stack of Collected Wealth whenever a character damages an enemy. This effect can't be copied, dispelled, or prevented. Lose all stacks of Collected Wealth when damaged.

Collected Wealth: +10% Critical Chance and Critical Damage (stacking, max 10)

Enemy Modifier
(Malicious Minions)
Summoned Separatist allies have +50% Speed, Max Health, and Max Protection, and damage they deal is increased by 50%. All other Separatist allies gain half of these bonuses.

If there is a Separatist in the Leader slot and no summon is present at the start of the encounter, summon a Sniper Droid to the ally slot.

Coup De Grâce: On the next Special attack, deal true damage equal to 100% of the target's Max Health and dispel Coup De Grâce from all Inquisitorius allies and dispel Fatigue from all enemies

Fury-class Interceptor Global Modifier
(Test of Strength)
All units are inflicted with 10 stacks of Hesitation at the start of the battle, which persists through defeat and can't be resisted, dispelled, or prevented. Whenever a character uses a special abillity, dispel 1 stack of Hesitation. At 0 stacks, recover 50% Health and gain Clarity, which persists through defeat and cannot be copied, dispelled, or prevented.

Hesitation: -5% Offense and -5% Tenacity per stack. Can't assist or gain bonus Turn Meter.
Clarity: +50% Tenacity and +30% Offense. Whenever a debuff is resisted, gain 5% Critical Chance and 5% Critical Damage (stacking) for the rest of the battle.

(Grim Machinations)
Whenever a Sith ally is defeated, all Sith allies gain 50% Max Health and Offense (stacking) until the end of battle, gain 50% Turn Meter, and recover 50% Health. Whenever a Sith ally defeats an enemy they gain Dark Ascension (stacking), which can't be copied, dispelled, or resisted.

Dark Ascension: Damage received decreased by 15% and damage dealt increased by 30%

Taron Malicos Global Modifier
(Unstable Artifacts)
At the start of each encounter, or if no character has it at the start of a turn, the healthiest character gains Ancient Power Core, which can't be copied or dispelled. When a character with Ancient Power Core is damaged by an attack, they lose it and the attacking character gains Ancient Power Core.

Ancient Power Core: Attacking this character stuns them which can't be prevented if this character has less than 10% Health. The attacker then takes a Bonus Turn.

Enemy Modifier
(Children of Dathomir)
While the allied Leader is active, all other allies revive with full Health when they are defeated. Whenever an ally revives while the allied Leader is active, active and defeated enemies lose 15% Max Health and Max Protection and the allied Leader gains 100% Turn Meter.
Dark Trooper Moff Gideon Global Modifier
(Boon of the Mythosaur)
At the start of each encounter, the healthiest character on each side gains Boon of the Mythosaur until the end of the encounter. Whenever an ally falls below 50% Health, the ally with Boon of the Mythosaur takes a bonus turn and gains Taunt for 2 turns.

Boon of the Mythosaur: This character has 200% Health and Protection, 50% Offense, and they gain Retribution while they have Taunt. They lose 50% Defense and 20% Speed

Imperial Remnant allies have +40% Critical Chance, Critical Damage, and Defense, and +20% Potency and Tenacity. Whenever an Imperial Remnant ally uses a Special ability, they call a random another Imperial Remnant ally to assist, dealing 90% less damage. Whenever an Imperial Remnant ally is attacked out of turn, they recover 10% Health and Protection and gain Advantage for 2 turns and 5% Turn Meter. Whenever an Imperial Remnant ally is defeated, all Imperial Remnant allies gain Foresight, Health Steal Up, and Protection Up (50%) for 2 turns, and 20% Turn Meter.

While no characters are Deathmarked, when a character deals damage to an enemy, they are inflicted with Deathmark until the end of battle, which can't be copied, dispelled, or resisted.

(Grim Machinations)
Whenever a Sith ally is defeated, all Sith allies gain 50% Max Health and Offense (stacking) until end of battle, gain 50% Turn Meter, and recover 50% Health. Whenever a Sith ally defeats an enemy, they gain Dark Ascension (stacking), which can't be copied, dispelled, or prevented.

Dark Ascension: Damage received decreased by 15% and damage dealt increased by 30%

(The Bigger Fish)
At the start of the encounter, a random character (excluding summoned units), not in the Leader slot will receive the Big Fish buff, which can't be copied, dispelled, or prevented, until the end of the encounter. If no characters have the Big Fish buff at the start of a turn, then a random character will gain the buff. Whenever a character with the Big Fish buff is defeated, Big Fish transfers to the character that defeated them.

Big Fish: Remove Damage immunity, Protection Up, and Stealth; + 150% Critical Avoidance, Critical Chance, Critical Damage, Max Health, Max Protection, and Offense; this unit can't recover Health or Protection and can't gain bonus Protection, Damage Immunity, Protection Up, or Stealth.

Enemy Modifier
(Steadfast Retribution)
Whenever a Galactic Republic ally receives damage from an enemy, they deal true damage to that enemy equal to 20% of the damage received. The damage dealt by this ability is increased by 10% for each time that ally has dealt damage this way. This damage can't be evaded and can't defeat enemies.
